Shipping and Processing
All wall decals are made to order. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be completed. Processing days are Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Estimated delivery times (does not include processing time):
- Ireland - 1 to 2 working days
- UK - 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of EU - 5 to 7 working days
- US, Canada - 6 to 10 working days
- Australia, New Zealand - 9 to 15 working days
- Rest of the world - within 21 working days.
Optional FedEx Priority upgrade is available at the checkout.
Shipping via FedEx typically gets package delivered anywhere in the world in 2 - 5 working days.
All orders in value of 120$ or more get standard shipping with tracking free of charge.
You can return your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the purchase.
Before returning please contact us to confirm that your order is eligible for return and to receive RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that custom orders (any customization such as, but not limited to: color, size, initials and name) are not eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
